New Web and Multimedia Coordinator hired at HCC

Stephen Recker, of Hagerstown, has been hired by Hagerstown Community College as its Web and Multimedia Coordinator. This is a new position at the college, created to enhance HCC’s presence on the World Wide Web.
     
Recker has been a freelance programmer/producer for 15 years, most recently creating the Virtual Gettysburg CD-ROM, as well as the virtualgettysburg.com and virtualantietam.com Web sites, which earned him the honor of being listed as one of the top 100 producers by AV Multimedia Producer Magazine.
