HCC offers introductory course in yoga

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering an introductory session in yoga on Saturday, Sept. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Village at Robinwood, Robinwood Room. The class is designed to allow students the opportunity to try basic poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.
     
Cost is $30. Instructor Simone Heurich is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a certified teacher in the anusara style of hatha yoga.
