College for Kids holds “Girls Scene”

Girls going into grades five through seven can get tips on how to look their back-to-school best during “Girls Scene,” offered through Hagerstown Community College’s College for Kids program, on Friday, July 27, from 1 to 4 p.m.
     
The class will cover grooming and inner beauty tips by stylist Tabbi Lemus, of Bella Salon and Spa.
