21st Century technology seminar at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s Technical Innovation Center has partnered with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Enterprise Forum to present a live broadcast entitled “A.B.L.E. Tech: Achieving Better Life Experiences for People with Injury, Disability, and Aging Challenges Through 21st Century Technologies.” The broadcast will take place Wednesday, June 6, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in HCC’s Technical Innovation Center, conference room 208.
The featured panel will discuss:
• The entrepreneurial opportunities that technology, engineering, and life sciences can have on the quality of life for the aging and disabled;
• The advances being developed today;
• Prevention of a crisis by focusing on managed vs. acute medical care.
