First Line Supervision seminar slated to begin March 23

Supervisors can discover the essential skills and techniques to bring out the best in employees during the “First Line Supervision” seminar offered through Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education. The seminar will be held Thursday, March 23, and Thursday, March 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center.
Filled with expert information on the basics of the job, this highly focused workshop is designed to provide the working professional with the knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful supervisor in today’s business environment. This course is highly interactive and involves self-assessments, case studies, skill practice and group discussion.
This seminar is part of HCC’s American Management Association Certificate Series and can be applied towards the Certificate in Management of Supervision.
