The part-time ARCC (Athletics, Recreation and Community Center) Facilities Associate is responsible for performing the activities needed to support the College's physical education programs, intercollegiate athletic programs, county recreation programs and selected community events. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring athletic facilities, supervision of aides, and interacting with various aspects of the community.

This is a temporary position on an as-needed basis, with hours less than 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Education and experience - High school diploma and 1-2 years experience working with athletics and or recreation, or any combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Skills and abilities - The ability to lift and move equipment of various sizes and weights. Set-up for large scale and special events. The ability to supervise others. The ability to make decisions in accordance with established operating procedures. The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with HCC faculty, coaches, students, county recreation staff and the general public.
