Radiography Positioning Lab Assistant #13-007

The Radiography Positioning Lab Assistant is responsible for supporting the radiography program laboratories in conjunction with program faculty, which includes the use of simulation and other technologies that assists students in meeting program outcomes.

This is a part-time, temporary position based on the needs of the radiography program per semester.

Qualifications: 
Education and experience - satisfactory completion of an accredited radiography program, Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of professional experience preferred, registration by A.R.R.T. in Radiography, possess a current Maryland Medical Radiation Technologist license, eligible for West Virginia license and 2 years experience in a clinical radiography setting. Skills and abilities - Excellent organization and management skills, ability to work with clinical simulation and clinical technology, knowledge of diagnostic and patient care supplies and equipment, and knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to organize and prioritize work, makes decisions independently, and attends to details.
