A/V Equipment Reservation Request Form

A/V equipment is available to HCC faculty & staff members for on-campus use (including the Valley Mall). Please fill out the form below to request equipment. The form will be sent when you click on the "Send Request" button at the bottom of the page. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, and will be processed on weekdays only (M-Th, 8:30am - 4:30pm; F 8:30am - 4pm). Requests submitted on Saturday or Sunday cannot be filled until the following Wednesday.
