The SGA is seeking next year's candidates for president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, and senator. These are paid positions and applications can be picked up in the Student Activities Office in the Student Center. Deadline to apply is Thurs., April 8!

HCC's Campus Ministries will be hosting a Day of Prayer on Thurs., May 6, in the area in front of the Student Center. Times will vary but throughout the day, there will be prayer groups, music, and discussions.

Red Cross Blood Drive: Big Read meets Big Bleed will be held on Tues., April 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Student Center. Sponsored by the Community Foundation of Washington County and HCC's Student Government Association, everyone who donates blood to the American Red Cross will receive a book of the works of Edgar Allan Poe (while supplies last).

This event is part of the 3rd Annual Big Read, a month-long celebration sponsored by the Community Foundation. To schedule an appointment, go to www.redcrossblood.org.
