The Washington County Career Expo provides a place for college students, high school students and community jobseekers to discover job opportunities, network with employers, and explore career and educational pathways available in the greater Hagerstown area.

Last year’s Career Expo events were huge successes with over 150 employers and nearly 500 jobseekers having attended each event. We are anticipating another successful event that will showcase the vibrant opportunities available to the greater Hagerstown community.

Representatives from local employers, Hagerstown Community College, local 4-year educational institutes, local employment agencies, and military organizations will be in attendance.

Students, Alumni, and Community Job Seekers

Pre-registration is not required; however, will be appreciated so we can plan for your participation. You are strongly encouraged to dress professionally and bring printed copies of your resume to the event.

Employers, 4-Year Colleges, and Community Employment Agency Vendors

This premier event will provide an excellent opportunity to connect with talented students, alumni, and community members eager to explore career opportunities.

Registration for this event is open through March 7, 2025 via College Central Network. Register early, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to showcase your organization, meet prospective candidates, and strengthen your recruitment efforts.

Vendor Registration

Registration for this event is exclusively through College Central Network. You will need to sign up for an account. In addition to the event registration, College Central Network will allow you to post job and internship opportunities to our students and alumni.

The cost is $55.00 and includes a vendor booth, six-foot table and two chairs for two representatives. Payment is required at time of registration. Approval will not happen immediately after submission, but we will be processing registrations as quickly as possible. There will be no refunds for this event for any approved vendor registration.

All vendors approved to participate must submit their organization’s Certificate of Insurance and HCC Career Expo Facility Use Agreement no later than March 14, 2025 to lscafide@hagerstowncc.edu.
