HCC graduates two students in CVT management program

Hagerstown Community College recently graduated two students in its Commercial Vehicle Transportation (CVT) management program. Graduates included John Cavey, of Hancock, and Lloyd Steinkamp, of Martinsburg, W.Va.

Hagerstown Community College students entering their second semester are eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship from Prisoners Against Teen Tragedy (P.A.T.T.), a community outreach and youth diversion program at the Maryland Correctional Institution in Hagerstown.

HCC holds Annual Turkey Trot on Nov. 25

HCC will once again hold its annual Turkey Trot fundraiser on Thanksgiving Day: Thurs., Nov. 25, 2010. The 10th Annual Turkey Trot will once again feature a 5K run, kids' race, and food drive.
