The Student Financial Aid Office will hold a free FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) help lab on Sat., Feb. 20, beginning at 10 a.m., in the Learning Resource Center (LRC), room 122.

HCC will host a free financial aid seminar on Mon., Jan. 25, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in HCC’s Kepler Theater.

The seminar will focus on dislocated workers and displaced homemakers. Discussion topics include how the unemployed can pay for college, as well as available government aid and other funding sources. Snow date is Feb. 1, 2010.

Celebrate the end of the semester toga-style!

A student toga party will held on Sat., Dec. 12, from 8 p.m. to midnight in the Student Center. Students are encouraged to dress in a toga and come by for food, fun, dancing, and music by DJ Dom.

Admission is free for HCC students and guests. Students are allowed to bring one guest, age 16 or older.
