for all students seeking a degree or certificate, or attempting
their first college-level English, Reading, or Mathematics class,
and offers national and challenge testing for
qualified people. |

Appointments for the Placement Assessment can be made by calling
301-790-2800 ext. 305 or coming to LRC
322. Please remember to bring photo ID. No one will be admitted w/o proper identification.
Placement tests are free
for anyone entering HCC.
Faculty authorized tests are
given on a walk-in basis.
Test takers are also responsible
for following test center regulations

| Doing your best on the Skills
Assessment |
- Have a positive attitude.
- Brush up on rusty skills by using textbooks, or Web-based
tutorials.
- Allow about three hours to take your Skills Assessments. If
you are rushed, you can not do your best. You may also consider
taking the assessments in parts.
- Read all of the directions, each question, and check your answers
carefully.
Skills Assessment scores are valid for two
years at Hagerstown Community College. |
