Curriculum Change Form

It is important that you are listed in HCC's computer database under the program of study you are pursuing. It has important implications for meeting graduation requirements and selecting courses. To change your program of study, log-on to Webadvisor and click on Current Students. Select the My Profile/Program of Study Change Form under the Academic Profile Section.

When you change your Program of Study, you will be required to meet the requirements of the current catalog. It is recommended that you meet with an academic advisor when making any changes to your program of study.
